Our Philosophy

We believe that establishing trust and rapport is critical to the success of any coaching relationship; without it, the doors to a healthy discussion centered on strengths and opportunities for development remain closed or at best, half open.

Leadership and executive coaching is not a quick fix, nor is it a one-day training program.  It is a customized, interactive process that is conducted over the course of a few months culminating in the individual having gained:

  • Increased self-awareness. Participant becomes fully aware of his strengths, development areas and how others perceive him
  • Understanding of inner drive. Participant explores his values, goals, ambitions and hot buttons and the legacy he wishes to leave
  • Recognition of the relationship between behaviors and inner drive. Participant understands what drives his behaviors and how behaviors affect the achievement of personal and organizational goals
  • Skill development. Participant learns to choose behaviors rather than react to situations
  • Ownership. Participant becomes independent of the coach and situational issues and accepts responsibility to use new ingrained behaviors for the betterment of achieving personal and organizational goals
  • Establishment of a trusted feedback network. Participant sets up a network of trusted advisors to gain independent observations that maintain his self-awareness and provide honest feedback
